System Requirements &
Preparing for Live Online Training
Follow these 3 steps from the PC/Laptop you will use to attend class

COMPUTER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- Use the latest version PC / Laptop or Mac. It should not be in use for more than 4 years.
- Two display monitors are highly recommended
- One for joining the virtual classroom and, if applicable, viewing digital books
- The other for doing your labs
- Your internet connection
- Please use a wired, not wireless or wifi connection
- Please use a broadband internet connection and not dial-up (modem)
- Computer USB / Wired headsets (with microphone & headphone in one unit) that we recommend: Philips SHG7210 / Microsoft LifeChat LX-3000 or Logitech ClearChat H390.

JOINING THE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM
You will connect to the classroom using Citrix GoToMeeting. Please test your connectivity below:

If you can connect successfully, then you are ready to connect to your virtual
classroom on the day of your actual class.

TEST YOUR AUDIO AND MICROPHONE
The following audio test requires:
- Adobe Flash plugin version 10.1 and up: Download from Adobe for free
- For best results, please use a USB / Wired headset. (with microphone &
headphone in one unit)
- USB /Wired headsets that we recommend: Philips SHG7210 / Microsoft
LifeChat LX-3000 or Logitech ClearChat H390.
The following audio test requires:
- Click Start Record

- Click Allow when Adobe Flash popup window requests access
- Speak some test words into your microphone and click Stop Record when done
- Click the Play button and if you hear your recording, the audio test is successful
- If you do not hear your recording and unable to connect, please contact us
How to Join The Live Training Session
Step 1
Login with your registered email address.
- Refresh your inbox (please check spam/junk also) and find the training session mail with a link and timings
- Click on the session link
Step 2
To download and install Online Citrix Launcher
- Download the plugin (Make sure popup blocker should be on)
- Select the Launcher and click on OK
To download and install Online Citrix Launcher - Continue...
- Allow to download and install the plugin
Step 3
Preparation of training environment
- Computer Audio option should be selected
- Please make sure that you are connected with headset (above recommended
headset)
- If all set you must see MIC and Speaker working (Green Lines)
- You successfully joined, wait for the Organizer to Come and Start the “Session”.

Step 4
Enter your name and email address and you would then appear in the meeting organizer’s / presenter panel
Step 5
System settings and environment setup
- Computer Audio should be selected

- Make sure speaker and MIC properly working and connected with PC / Device

- You can raise your queries and questions through chat with Trainer

- Select gotomeeting app from search data

Join the Training Session
- Please enter 9 digit session / meeting ID (Refer training session email for meeting
ID)

- i.e 837108549 is Meeting / Session ID
- Enter a Meeting ID
- Click to Join Session
Provide your name and click on “Save” to go

- You joined, wait for instructor to come

App Installation
- Select gotomeeting app from search data
Downloading and Installation Progress
After Installation is completed, click “OPEN” to launch training environment
Step 2
Join the Training Session
- Please enter 9 digit session / meeting ID (Refer training session email for meeting
ID)

- Enter a Meeting ID
- Click to Join Session
Provide your name and click on “Save” to go
